Ferrous, Stainless Steel, aluminum, brass and other alloys contamination in the various textile products, such as non woven fabrics, carpet, and textile raw materials, are detected by our ND-758 Metal Detector for Web.

Model ND-758 metal detector system from NISSIN ELECTRONICS is designed specially for detection of ferrous, and nonferrous contamination in the textile products.

This type of detector consist of a detection unit (search coil) that surrounds a inspected wide article and a control unit connected to search coil (ND-820U).
An article passes through the opening (aperture) of the detecting unit. If a needle is detected, the buzzer sounds and the indicator lamp lights, external alarm can be activated.

Features

High sensitivity.
The detection sensitivity is high. Both needles (made of ferrous) and nonferrous metal pieces can be detected.
Search coil width up to 5 m is available.
The search coil can be installed horizontally or vertically.
